A day before the opening of a show in Marress in Maastricht, Sander and his Butt consorts started painting the exhibition space totally black as if it was a darkroom. The blacker it became the more naked the boys would get.
It was mostly Sander who was intrigued with darkrooms at the time. It was a try out for Playhouse, a later work. (BdB)
